Woodlands of the North Downs, Polesden Lacey Manor and Denbies Vineyard

GRADE: Beginner/ intermediate 18km 12m 330m ascent 5hrs walking time. Undulating walk on good paths through woodland, heathland and meadows.

This North Downs walk takes us through beautiful an area of outstanding natural beauty, past the fine Edwardian Manor house on the Polesden Lacey Estate, through meadows, woodlands and hidden valleys to Ranmore viewpoint which gives us fine views over the Downs. we walk through the Denbies Wine Estate the largest in England and finish at Box Hill Westhumble Station for our train home.

MEETING TIME: 10:30 at Box Hill Westhumble Station.
