Bank holiday-Scotland wild camping adventure-The spectacular Isle of Jura

This gorgeously untamed island is one of the wildest places in Scotland. Located off the mainland’s west coast and known for its majestic soaring mountains, The Paps of Jura and remote stunning scenery.
Red Deer graze the mountains, majestic eagles patrol the skies, sea birds flock the sea cliffs while otters and seals bask on the rocky shores. This is a remote mountain adventure in true Scottish Wilderness.

We camp by high clear mountain Lochs and remote sandy beaches. Hike through dramatic wild mountain scenery crossing passes and climb The Paps of Jura and Beinn an Oir, the Mountain of Gold where on a clear day commanding views reach far and wide from the North, to Loch Tarbert, the northern half of Jura, the Garvellachs and Mull To the Northwest is Colonsay, the east, Kintyre with Arran beyond, Ben Lomond and the Cobbler. To the south the Isle of Islay and Northern Ireland.
